Current opportunities for the NSW Government

    • research in collaboration with internal subject matter experts to respond to customer information requests

  • Operation Support Officer - We’re looking for an Operation Support Assistant who has an extensive background in customer service and Administration Support, preferably within a government environment. If you’re an enthusiastic and passionate customer service officer and you enjoy interacting with customers over the phone, please apply here.
  • Assessment Officers - This position undertakes assessments and provides advice, support, and education concerning contacts made to the Wellbeing Unit. In addition, they will identify potential responses by the Department or other organisations to children or young people at risk of harm. Apply for the role here.
